Order(s) will be processed and ship within 1 – 3 business days after order verification and credit approval.
You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the courier and tracking number of your order.
Please allow at least one (1) working day after your order is being shipped for the delivery status to be updated on the courier's online system.

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to us by the courier company, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment.
Reshipment will be charged accordingly. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
Unfortunately, all items sold are not refundable.
If it was a defective or wrong item(s) sent to you, you can return them to us within 7 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Kindly contact us first at [email protected] if you wish to conduct any returns and exchanges before you ship out the returned item(s) with the order number, reason for return and picture of prove.
This is to avoid any unnecessary costs and action.
Terms & Guidelines
- Exchange will only be approved upon inspection and permission.
- All returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
- Unless it was a defective or wrong item(s) sent to you, we won't be responsible for all return shipping costs of the item(s).
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- Please make sure all returned packages are sent with a traceable, insured service.
- Please provide us with the return parcel tracking number.
- We will not be held responsible for any damage and/or loss occurred during the return shipment process.
- Item(s) to be returned to the same address on the original packaging.
- All returned item(s) are subject to quality control. Kloft reserves the right to refuse a return and/or exchange if the item(s) does not meet all the conditions that are mentioned.
- If the item(s) was returned outside the returns period or we believe it showed signs of damage or wear and does not fulfill the requirements mentioned, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own cost.
- Item(s) bought during a sale, or any undergarments, socks, and grooming product(s) are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
After we have received the returned item(s), please allow up to 14 business days for the return to be processed. All returned item(s) will be subjected to availability of the stocks.
